Jailer J.J. Scarborough

J.J. Scarborough is honored to serve the county as Jailer. He is a 1998 graduate of Meade County High School. Prior to being elected jailer in 2014, JJ worked as a diesel mechanic for Phillips Brothers Construction. JJ has been instrumental in developing programs that benefit offenders as well as Meade County as a whole. JJ has made it his goal to work well with other law enforcement organizations whenever possible. He remains active in the community and his administration is always available to address any concerns that citizens may have.
