Inmates are allowed to correspond with anyone outside of this facility, so long as the correspondence does not violate any State or Federal law.
The envelope and its contents (Letters, Photos, Etc.) will be scanned and made available to offenders under the mail tab on the kiosks. Incoming letters must not be larger than 8 1/2 x 11, no thicker than light card stock and able to be fed through a sheet-fed scanner. Mail that does not meet these regulations cannot be scanned and made available for inmate viewing. After the mail is processed, original documents will be shredded and discarded.
Offenders may not correspond with other offenders in this or any other correctional facility unless required by KRS.

Inmates name must be clearly printed on the outside of the envelope or postcard to ensure the mail is posted to the correct account.
No books, magazines, or newspapers mailed or left by visitors will be accepted. While incarcerated, Offenders are not allowed to receive subscriptions to newspapers, magazines, or periodicals.
