Offenders are able to send digital messages to Friends and Family through the kiosk system for a fee. To respond to a message you received, please follow the instructions included in that first text message.

Offender to Offender digital mail is blocked. Offenders are unable to send or receive pictures or other multimedia through digital mail. Digital mail is a privilege which may be restricted or discontinued at any time.
